Blower still does not work.

Follow the wiring harness as carefully as possible between these two locations looking for burned out spots or breaks in the wire.
Checked for battery at the blower when the car is running.

The motor is usually earthed to the body by a separate wire.
So it s advisable that you get the switch checked too.
Look for a break in the wiring between the switch and the fan if the meter shows voltage or the light illuminates and you have tested the switch and motor.
Rotated all the unmarked relays around in the junction box.
Checked continuity of 40 amp blower fuse.
Rotated all the pdc relays around they have the same id other than abs pump.
This circuit consists of a feed wire from the fusebox to the on off switch on the dashboard or centre console and another wire from the switch to the heater motor.
A problem with the switch which turns the fan on or off might also be the source of the problem.
The only fault that is likely to develop is that the fan stops working because of a break in the electrical circuit.
