Turn the hot water on and let it fill the tub. Instead of replacing the tub i know it would be a lot cheaper just to plug the holes. Twisting a whirlpool jet nozzle or ring vigorously in the wrong direction may cause it to release from the side of the tub. I have had this tub for a good 10years now but only used the jets twice too noisy.

Drain tub fill again as before and run 10 more minutes. This concentrates the flow resulting in a deeper cleaning. Closing the induction valves forces water to circulate only through the internal plumbing of the tub.
